If you are not 100% satisfied with your product please get in touch with us.

If you have ordered the incorrect product or you wish to exchange your product please ensure you;

  • Retain your Invoice / Statement for proof of purchase 
  • Due to TGA health and safety requirements all cartons must be returned in their original condition (unopened and unused) 
  • Phone or contact us to arrange return delivery 
  • Return your item within 60 days of purchase date 
  • Confirm if you would like your item credited or refunded 

Prior to making a purchase we suggest checking the sizing of all gloves and masks to ensure you purchase the correct fit. Due to TGA safety guidelines we are unable to exchange any used or opened items if they are the incorrect fit.
